Living Waters Ranch lies at the edge of two unique ecological regions in a truly special part of Texas for both people and wildlife. South Texas Plains and Edwards Plateau habitats lie side by side offering tremendous plant diversity which attracts an equally diverse collection of wildlife. Hill Country views overlook wide valleys to provide stunning panoramas. Add a beautiful stretch of the Nueces River and you have a recipe for superb year-round wildlife viewing. The property has tremendous potential for habitat restoration and enhancement, and the owners’ commitment to stewardship will mean that things will only get better for the wildlife, water, and people of Living Waters.
